No-Gi Judo
The last week of each month we transition to no-gi judo. The principles of judo and throwing remain the same, but with the removal of the gi, we have to adapt our grips by using collar ties, two-on-one, wrist control, under hooks and whizzers. This class is especially beneficial for no-gi jiujitsu grapplers and will allow judoka to transition to BJJ with ease.
